Keep getting apple TV will not update settings from my iPhone

we noticed the apple tv lost all login data for streaming services we had, reset house modem and network, restarted appletv, up dated apple id, still will not update from phone

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Hello atchisog,

If you're seeing a prompt on your Apple TV to update your Apple ID via your iPhone, you may try the following:

Head to Settings
Select Users & Accounts
Select your account
Choose iCloud
Sign out
Proceed to sign back in

This may then help with resolving the process for updating the Apple ID settings on your Apple TV.
