Apple developer account country

Hi, We have a developer account with DUNS number belonging to the US and we want to publish an app in India(all users in India). Our Apple developer account has been verified long back and will I face any problem publishing my app in India? I clearly do not know about the card details which were given at the time of creation.

The Developer Account has a country or region, and that’s also where payments are made, though the apps can be published globally:
