You may have used your Apple ID and password to log-in here, and with FaceTime, Messages, iCloud etc.
You can: Enter information online to find your Apple ID: https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid

More info: if you haven't already, you may need to update your iPhone to the newest compatible iOS version
About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 16.6 is the newest
The Watch may also need to be updated to the newest Watch OS version possible, in order to connect with the phone.. You may be able to update the Watch using the phone:
