how to check iPhone whether has been hacked or not? if hacked, how to solve the issue?

Hi,

On Saturday, I was on the Facebook and clicked one of the news, then, it my phone indicated has been hacked and started to count the time. So, I turnoff the Wi-Fi immediately and am using data only now.

How can I check whether been hacked? Or if so, how to solve this issue?
