Sleep tracking issue

My watch was tracking my sleep just fine until 2 days ago. I checked my watch app on the my iPhone 13 Pro and everything was set up. The watch itself was fully charged right before sleep. But it reads NO DATA for the last 2 nights?

Hello marti175,

Apple Watch only tracks sleep while in Sleep Focus and worn to bed.

On iPhone:

Open Health
Tap Browse
Tap Sleep
Scroll to the bottom and setup a Full Sleep Schedule

This will turn your Sleep Focus on / off automatically every night.
