Troubleshooting AirPods Connectivity:
A. Check Nearby Devices:
Are they connected to another device nearby? If so, look at your devices Bluetooth settings, to be sure these are not current synced wit them. Bluetooth can only be used on one device at a time --it is the way Bluetooth is designed.
