I'm looking into buying Final Cut, but before I do I would like to know I might be able to create something like this:

These will get you comfortable with the FCP interface and workflow and may be enough to get you going on the photo gallery example you showed. Come back here with the inevitable questions.

If you're familiar with how keyframes and compound clips work that's not hard to do within FCP itself, actually.
I'm not extremely familiar but I'm sure I could learn. Do you have any tips or guides I should follow when trying to understand how to do this? Thanks!
