Sleep Monitor
Hello,
I’ve been tracking my sleep using the app and my Apple Watch, but i don’t understand the figures.
Its says I was in bed for 8 hours, and time asleep was 7hr 47 minutes.
However, when I look at the breakdown of the times it says the total time is 9 hours and the times against each sleep stage don’t tally to the overall figures.
I don’t have a sleep schedule set. I just activate sleep when I go to bed and deactivate when I wake up.
Why is this? If this is wrong it’s no good for tracking.
