I followed the instructions but it still wouldn’t allow me to change the password
I forgot my screen time password and need to find a way to make a new one

We understand you lost your Screen Time passcode. You can reset it from iPhone.
On your iPhone or iPad
1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.
3. Tap Forgot Passcode?

5. Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode. Forgot your Apple ID password?
6. Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.
