Disable Security Software Firewall:
Are you using Security Software? If so, disable the Firewall on it. If this YOUR device, and not someone else's, then uninstall this software. Security Software just gets in the way on a Mac, and this is a put example of how and why.

John Galt technically has the correct answer, but I sense that you might be asking this because of a larger issue at hand. Is a certain app or pop-up asking you to disable your firewall? If yes, for what reason?
It's good security to leave the macOS firewall enabled and only make exceptions on it when needed.
