Unauthorized Apple charge on my debit card
I checked my bank account and I have an Apple charge for over 70 dollars for some language app I didn’t buy it and I did not authorize it I want a refund

If not showing in the Subscription and Billing of your Apple ID, you should dispute the charges with your bank. This will force the seller to provide proof of purchase, so you can see what the charges are for.
If the charge specifies "Apple.com/Bill", then review this link, and if needed contact Apple support by following the link in this article:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Where are you seeing these charges?
Are they just an email or message saying that you have been charged, or have you they been deducted from your payment method that you have set up for your Apple ID?
I did not order either cleaning process. I only want any purchases through Apple to personally approved and signed by me not paid by some automatic process. Please cancel both cleaning processes and have the charges removed.
