Cannot get or send Cogeco emails on my iPad Air

Just got the latest iPad Air and cannot send or receive my emails from my internet provider Cogeco. Spent an hour or so on the phone with tech services and they were unable to fix the problem. I see another same question on here but I can’t see what the answer was. Can anyone help?
