Apple Music Playlists

So, I made a new Apple ID because I got a MacBook for college and I wanted my stuff separate from my parents. I got Apple Music on my new account and I can listen to all the music but when I make a playlist it says “the item you’ve requested is not currently available in Apple Music in the United States.” I can still listen to the music on my playlists but my friends can’t and the message is annoying. The message doesn’t show up on my MacBook when I use the playlists on there. Only my phone. My phones location is set to the United States. I’ve done a ton of troubleshooting and it hasn’t worked. I talked with apple support as well and they couldn’t help. If anybody has any suggestions or has gone through something similar I’m open to any suggestions. There is a picture of the message below. Thanks

I have seen an almost identical message to this recently (Australia instead of United States), however the only way I have found to get around it is to create a new playlist on my device by searching for each of the songs individually.

I believe this has something to do with different licensing for the same song in different locations which means if the device somehow tries to play the version of the song that is not licensed for use in your current location then Apple Music will prevent your device from playing it.
