My AirPods don’t work but still have warranty

I bought my air pods pros from a private person they worked fine for a while but now my right one doesn’t play music even when I turn it all the way up still can’t hear it and now my left side is doing the same thing I have a limited warranty and went to Apple Store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it

I’ll assume Apple looked at the details such as wax or other issues, which means you’ve already gotten your answer directly from Apple.
