Apple Pay Scam

My bank Natwest sent me a statement where I noticed that I have been charged £68 for a transaction using Apple Pay. I did not make any transaction for £68.00, the bank, NatWest,, refuses to accept this fraudulent transaction ,I didn’t make or anyone else make any transactions on my behalf, and now NatWest says it has Endorsed the transaction and stated there is no way that I can get my money back.

Apple Pay/Apple does not approve or decline any transactions. Apple is not a bank and does not handle any of the funds and has no access to your account. Transactions can only be initiated on devices you have added your credit or debit cards to. Your data is encrypted on the device and not stored by Apple or iCloud. Transactions can only be initiated by your devices that you have authorized. Transactions must be approved with Facial ID, Fingerprint ID or Passcode.

How many devices do you have Apple Pay setup on? Have you given your passcode to anyone?
