iWatch Series 4 40mm Screen Cracked and iWatch series 4 44mm bottom sensor glass cracked

So I have 2 iWatches. One is iWatch 4 44mm, whose screen started acting weird suddenly. I think Apple realised that rotating the Crown to unlock a locked (when we active water lock before workouts/activities) iWatch started facing issues. The watch just wouldn't unlock. I faced it for many months, I wouldn't be able to stop my activity and record the actual calories and other details. I had to let it die out most of the times. Then the screen started acting weirdly. Touch won't work or Icons will keep getting bigger or jittery on their own.. One day I got frustrated and i dropped it from exactly 1 ft on the floor and the bottom sensor Glass cracked. Its lying dead in my desk.

my gf who upgraded to iwatch 7, gave me her iWatch 4 40mm. I accidentally hit my Badminton Racket on the edge of the glass and it broke, yesterday :(. Went to a few repair centres, they couldn't help.

Where can I get these 2 repaired ? and what would be the Charges ?
