Recently deleted videos

Hi can someone please answer me, I had some videos and photos recently deleted on my phone annd I have deleted it from recently deleted and it’s IOS16, is there any chance someone not using the device can recover them? Or leak it?

edit: nothing is backed up on the cloud or iTunes

When you delete an item from Recently Deleted, it is instantly and permanently deleted. Anyone who might be using your iPhone cannot recover something that no longer exists.

Retrieve the deleted videos I was trying to free some storage on my iPhone and deleted some videos from "Review personal videos" in setting, then realized that they were permanently deleted !!!!!!!!!!! I thought it is the same like deleting large attachments ............. Can I get them back ? and how ?

can i recover any videos if i deleted them ? I want to know a way to recover some videos and photos i accidently deleted from recen deleted and dont have a back up, what can i do , ive tried soem apps but they dont work
