Download list of blocked phone numbers from iPhone

How do I download the list of blocked numbers from my iPhone? There are several hundred by now so it is not convenient to suggest taking screen shots. I do realise that I probably could take screenshots and then use an optical character reader to convert these back to data that can be searched for patterns (eg which country codes are most common). However, there must surely be a way of simply downloading the list as a textfile in the first place??
