Optimize Batter Charging not Working?

My Macbook Air M1 is still charging past %100 even if Optimize Battery Charging is enabled. I plugged the laptop at 85%, because I want it to draw power from AC while using it for work. When it reached 100%, I left it unplugged for a while, then I checked system information and it indicates that it's still charging. I plugged it off then it said not charging. I plugged it back again and said charging even if it's already fully charged. I restarted my laptop and it's still the same. Is this normal? Hope I'm making sense. Thank you for anyone who answers.

If you keep unplugging and plugging it back in like that, it will not learn your usage patterns. Just leave it plugged in unless you need to use it elsewhere. It may take up to a month (especially if your schedule is variable) to learn your patterns. And yes, it will charge your computer to 100% when that seems appropriate. You can leave it plugged in even at that point.
