Only T-Mobile can unlock it. Nobody else can, not even Apple. You would need to contact T-Mobile, and see if you qualify for the unlock.

It seems the sim you are trying to activate is not supported for iPhone. you would need to connect Korek as suggested for help with their SIM card.
