Why personal hotspot is not appearing in settings on my 13 pro?

I see that you're having a problem finding the Personal Hotspot item you expect to see in Settings. That can definitely be frustrating!

First thing to know is whether your cell service allows a personal hotspot. If not, then that option won't show in Settings.

If your cell service does allow you to use a personal hotspot, then there are some settings you can check:

• Go into Settings -> Cellular, and turn off the Cellular Data option. Wait a minute, then turn it back on. Then go back to Settings' main list to see if your Personal Hotspot option is now there.
• Restart your iPhone. When your phone comes back up, check in Settings to see if the Personal Hotspot is there.
• Sometimes, your carrier settings need to be updated - or your iOS may need an update. If you haven't seen a message, you can go to Settings -> General -> About and Settings -> General -> Software Update to apply any updates that are there.
• Reset your iPhone network settings. This removes all network-related settings, so you'll have to reconnect your wi-fi, say, among other things. (The linked article has more information - and do note that you want to reset only your network settings at this point; you don't have to reset all of your settings!)
• If so far nothing has worked to bring your missing Personal Hotspot back, then you could try to restore your iPhone from a backup.

If nothing above helps to bring back your missing Personal Hotspot setting, then contact Apple Support for additional help.

For me, previously, the first step was enough to bring it back. I hope yours returns just as easily!
