IPod Nano 7th Generation will not synced with macOSVentura

I read in the release notes for Ventura 13.5 that it has fixed an issue where iPod Shuffle (3rd & 4th generation) could not sync with Ventura OS due to unknown error (-244) (107114363). My question is, will this also fix

the issue for iPod Nano (7th generation) which also has been unable to sync with Apple Music on Ventura OS. Both the Shuffle & Nano use solid state flash memory drives. Both were discontinlued in July 2017.

NOT sure this answer will make you feel any better, but the sync issues for my 4th gen Shuffle that this update was supposed to fix is still not working - and that's persistent into 13.5.2.

If anyone has had more luck than me, please chip in.

I can see the Shuffle in the Music app window on a Mac Studio, I can use the Sync Settings button to open a Finder window in which I can see the playlists or other options to choose to see. The Sync starts (Apply or Sync Now options work), but all you get is a scrolling grey bar at the bottom of that Finder window, nothing more. I've left it running for hours, no result. When I disconnect the Shuffle and reattach, I can see in the Music app window that the original songs are still there.

So whatever was promised in 113.5 has not worked - for me at least.
