Apple TV can't log, can't cancel

Apple tv wants me to start a new subscription when I log in. I just finished my week trial and was charged. I can't log in. I can't cancel. I can't find help.

how do I cancel my Apple TV subscription how do I cancel my Apple TV+ subscription? The instruction on the apple website don't work. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support I keep running into "We've run into a problem. Please try again later." I've shut down my iMac and rebooted, but still same problem. Very aggravating!
