Defer of Toast Notification on macOS

Guys, I got a requirement that end users should receive a Toast notification and they can defer for couple of time. Last time, it should execute the action of reset the MacBook. Actually, toast notification is to let the user to do the back up by themselves in OneDrive or G Drive and once back up done, using reset button in toast notification reset action can be executed. How can I achieve this?
