iTunes 12.6.5 attempting and failing to download "Labyrinth"

For some reason, iTunes is trying to download this app called Labyrinth. Its only 43MB but somehow it gets to 44 and fails. I have an inkling that it may be the iPod Nano 4th gen game, but I only have a 3rd gen Nano so it shouldn't be doing this.

You might try deleting the Downloads folder which you should find inside your iTunes Media folder. This can contain information on partial downloads which iTunes may then attempt to resume. Support for iPod clickwheel games was also removed from iTunes 12.7 and the iTunes Store, but it is still possible a legacy download request would try to complete. If removing the Downloads folder doesn't fix it then contact Official Apple Support and ask them to flush your iTunes download queue from their end.

Apologies. It's easy to miss the title when reviewing posts here.

From what I know, older versions of iTunes prior to 12.7.2.58 are no longer able to access the store due to security concerns. This supports my theory that it may be why you cannot access new podcasts.

You are using a very old version of iTunes. Even if you're still using Windows 7 (or 8), there is a later version of iTunes that you could use. iTunes 12.10.11.2, which you should be able to download from here.

If you are using Windows 10, then I recommend that that you use the latest version, which (on the day of writing) is 12.12.9.4 which you will find here.

They are both Apple links.
