I am unable to use Jio 5g as 5g ON and 5G Auto option has been greyout . it was working till yesterday night . I am using physical sim . I have tried aeroplane mode, reset network settings and all other things what must i do . No support from Jio team

A sim replacement might help you. Visit Jio Store to get a duplicate sim, after inserting the sim, new APN settings will be installed. A fresh restart later might start 5G (if available in your area).

E, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, VoLTE, 5G all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
