Apple music plan on EE

I Have an apple music plan as an inclusive extra from EE but I would like to upgrade to the family plan this would be £6 extra if I upgraded in the app would apple take £16.99 or just the £6 extra as EE pay the basic subscription

Upgrade to Amazon Music Family Plan through Apple I cannot figure out how to upgrade my Amazon Unlimited Music account to the Family plan. Amazon support says I bought my plan from Apple and must upgrade from there, but there is not an option to upgrade without canceling. I don't want to lose my playlists.
