Apple ID is not active

If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly ->  Get Support

I’m Ghanaian, I’ve visited Get support several times for support but my region that’s Ghana isn’t part of the African regions, hindering me. Also called Apple, was connected to an agent but whiles talking the call got disconnected by my Internet service provider. Tried calling again but the line was busy. What else can I do?
