How to update my iPhone 7?

Your iPhone 7 can only update as far as iOS 15.7.8. It is not supported in iOS 16. With a Wi-Fi connection and fully charged phone, or one on charger, visit Settings : General : Software Update and if it says 15.7.8, then you are done, or if it is offering 15.7.8 to you then update.
