Can’t find my cards on my Apple Pay money on my phone

I could not bring up my App Store yesterday, so I went in and sign out to sign back in to see if maybe it would turn back on and in the meantime I am cannot find my two debit cards or Credit. I’m sorry Credit Card I put on there or my hundred dollars money in Apple Pay money it’s not showing up. It says I need to set it up like it was never set up in the first place. Please help me figure out where that money went and my two cards are.
