CANNOT CONNECT TO APPLE APP

When trying to connect I get the reply "CANNOT CONNECT YO APP STORE". How can I resolve this problem? I am up to date on software updates, I have turned my phone off and on several times - no luck still an issue???

Hello Hashappendbefore,


This is a very common problem that should be able to be fixed very quickly.

I have a few easy steps for you to follow that should resolve the issue.


1)Check your network connection. You could be having connection issues.

2)Even if your network connection seems okay, try switching to Cellular and try connecting to the App Store.

3)If this doesn't work, turn your iPhone off, wait a minute, and turn it back on. Repeat the above steps.


These simple steps should fix your problem. If not, contact an Apple Specialist.

Check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
