By this account to you mean Apple Card MasterCard, Apple Cash, or Apple ID Account?

The only account you can have a physical card is the Apple Card MasterCard account. Assuming you’ve been approved, you use your iPhone to request the titanium card. Please review the step by step instructions in the support article I linked below.
