Hi, so I was having problems adding any card to my phone, but I was able to manage it after 2 months, meanwhile I wasn’t able to pay my Apple Music subscription, and now I can’t login, I don’t know if I lost the account, or if it’s something that I can fix, if anyone knows anything, I would appreciate the help.

it randomly logged me out of my subscription and when I try to log into my account I type my password in and it keeps saying it is incorrect but I know it’s not incorrect

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign back in. Your Library won’t be retained and you’ll have to start from scratch.
