Discrepancy between itunes music to sync and what is in the library
I have been adding music to my itunes library via a separate computer that will act as my music server. Using a particular album as an example, in the iTunes library, I have an album entered as "Albinoni: 12 Concerti a cinque Op. 5" whose artist is "Collegium Musicum 90." If I want to play this album via my Sonos system, I can find it easily looking for the composer. The problem comes when trying to play via my iPhone or in trying to synch to my iPhone. When I switch to the iPhone sync display and look in the album section, that album is now listed as "Collegium Musicum 90 - Albinoni: 12 Concerti a cinque Op. 5," which is meaningless to me, as I have no clue as who the artist might be. I have multiple recordings of the same music performed by different artists, but I would not look it up by the artist, and might not remember who the artist is. I need the album display by the album title that I enter into the system, not by this arbitrary nomenclature that is imposed on the system. I have tried to find some setting that would affect this to no avail. I have around 2,000 albums in the system. I need a way to solve this without having to re-edit every single entry!
