Will I get a replacement phone since mine is broken

If you purchased AppleCare+ for your phone, you may be able to get the damage fixed for a deductible, plus tax, as shown here:

I believe it would be up to Apple whether to repair or replace the phone.

If you dropped the phone, and broke it, and it is not covered by AppleCare+, you can replace the phone by buying a new one.
