Why do my pages move all around almost looks like page behind it

Why does my pages move all around on my iPhone? Also, battery draining last couple days, password changed to several accounts and can't access most of them...what do I do?

How can I fix my iPhone 14 Plus snapping back while scrolling on webpages? On about 1/3 of the webpages, has a scroll down, it’s as if the page is spring loaded. It snaps back up to a previous spot. iphone 13 pro has started navigating to wrong pages especially clicking on the back arrow is goes to a random page and not previous page returning and attempting the back arrow again and it takes me to a completely diffrent random page... help Iphone 13 pro is randomly going to wrong pages especially when selecting back arrow to go to previous page snd instead opens a random page that has been previously opened before and when returning to original page and attempt to go back to previous page again it will go to a completely different random page. It seems in general navigating pages is not working correctly and is very buggy
