Well, the latest version is iOS 16......and the iPhone 7 that you have is not capable of meeting the demands of iOS 16.

The latest version of iOS for your iPhone 7 is iOS 15.7.8.

It may receive some updates, namely security updates. But that’s about it.

If you're referring to 16.6, because its CPU isn't powerful enough.

If you're referring to 15.7.8, describe what happens when you try.
