How do you turn off Do not Disturb?

Disabling Do Not Disturb:

A. On an iPhone:

1. Open: Control Center (Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen).
2. Tap: Focus
3. Tap: Do Not Disturb (so that it is greyed-out)

B. On a Mac:

Disable a Focus:

Go here: Set up a Focus on Mac - Apple Support

C. On an Apple Watch:

1. Touch and Hold: the bottom of the watch face.
2. Wait: for Control Center to show
3. Swipe: up.
4. Tap: the Do Not Disturb to make if off.

On iPhone, open control center, tap on focus, and make sure Do Not Disturb is not white, if it is, tap on it once to turn it off.

On Mac, same thing, control center, focus, tap once on do not disturb.

On Apple Watch, Touch and hold the bottom of the watch face. Wait for Control Centre to appear, then swipe up.

Tap the Do Not Disturb button  tap on Off.
