Everytime I try to download a app on my Apple Store it tells me my account and iTunes is disabled

anytime I try to download an app it says “your account has been disabled in the Apple Store and iTunes” how can I I disable that ?

If a message tells you that your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, unfortunately we will not be able to help you on the Community because only Apple can help you solve this problem.
