It’s on iOS 14.4 version and it cannot allow some Apps like Facebook to be installed. Please how do I get the latest update iOS version?

Connect to Wi-Fi and then visit Settings : General : Software Update. That should show that iOS 15.7.8 is available. If it doesn't, what is shown and any error message?
