my former iphone was destroyed and replaced by a new iphone 14 pro max. I restored it from iCloud.
However, all the cards in wallet had to be reauthenticated. My two transit cards from Japan were in the wallet. They disappeared.
it requires the last four digits of the Card ID#. I don't have these numbers because they were activated online as electronic cards
How can I restore the ID numbers ?
Follow the instructions in the Apple support doc:
Add a Suica, PASMO, or ICOCA card to Apple Wallet - Apple Support
Specifically the section: Move a Suica, PASMO, or ICOCA card from your iPhone to your Apple Watch or a new iPhone
Make sure you are using the same Apple ID used when first adding the transit cards to Wallet, re-add by tapping Previous Cards, also make sure you are not doing this operation during the Mobile Suica • PASMO nightly maintenance period 2 am ~ 4 am JST.
