This still happens in Ventura. Over a couple of hours, a file called EyeConnect.log steals all the available space on the main drive. I have deleted everything I can find to do with Eye TV or Elgato, yet it still happens. There is nothing related in the Launch Items file. Is it a virus?

No, it's not a virus, but it appears to be an irksome entity.

Apparently the app or service has problems like yours for more than just you.
As far as deletion goes, I suggest you contact the developer and get their advice on how to uninstall their product.
