I have been debited but it doesn’t show on my purchase history, what might be the issue. This is the second time I’ve experienced that.

I’m using the iPhone 12, with iOS 16.6 - I just get debit alert with no invoice from apple

Debited by whom?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.
