Can I update OS High Sierra on a mid 2014 iMac

Just want to know if I can update the OS on my mid 2014 iMac now using High Sierra

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

A mid 2014 iMac can be upgraded to the latest version of Catalina 10.15.7 or to Big Sur macOS 11 but no later. See: How to download and install macOS - Apple Support


Be aware that if you upgrade to Catalina 10.15 or later you will also need to update any non-Apple 32-bit apps. See: https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/
