My iPhone13 Mini keeps showing NO SIM message. I lose cell service, turns to SOS, then cell service comes back. Rinse and repeat all day. I've tried all methods ( turn off and on, remove SIM card and put back in, carrier on and off etc.)
Is this a carrier problem exclusively or is it an iPhone problem

You could ask your carrier to send you a new SIM card.
