Exporting Email files to Numbers

Well, first I must say that it received that first batch of hundreds of messages as if it had been designed for only that purpose. It did the job instantly and magnificently.

I may use Apple Mail in the future, but I am still curious about moving batches of messages from Mail to Numbers. It was so easy to do, and I want to know how I did it. Yes, you're right, I should be the one with that answer, but....

Of what? I have hundreds? of E-mail messages in Numbers under the name

"Email," and dozens under the name "E-mail2" in my E-mail folders. What you you want me to show?

All I want to know are the steps for moving E-mail messages to Numbers. You know, something this: (1) >(2)>(3)=Successful transfer of files from E-mail to Numbers.

Okay, after talking to to a least six experts and consulting Google. I am giving up. (Life's too short.) I'll just have some of my stored E-mail messages in Notes and some of them where they belong, the Apple Mail folder. Of course, all future messages will be stored in the Apple mail folder. Oh, and just to make sure that I don't lose anything important, I'll also be using Dropbox. (Aug 3, 2023) PS: I've been told that there's no way I can move the files back from "Notes" to the Apple Mail folder.

My apology. I just checked and found that I had been confusing and misleading everyone by saying, "Numbers" instead of "Notes." There is nothing more to say. I made a mistake...several times, and I regret that. Sorry.

Okay, I'll try again. I did it before, so I should be able to do it again. When I succeed, I'll let you how I did it. Probably, not today, though.
