Why cant I hear when a person calls me and cant even put in loud speaker

Similar questions

Trouble hearing calls I cannot hear people who call me unless I put it on speaker. Others have no problem hearing me.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
