Do you have the Apple TV box? If so, which model? [1] [2]

Or is this about the Apple TV app directly on your Samsung smart TV?

As the Apple TV app is pre-installed on newer Samsung TVs, you can’t delete and reinstall it.

Instead, try checking for system software updates, and do a cold restart of the TV (not standby-wake, but a real restart).

Matching dynamic range and matching frame rate is a setting for the Apple TV box. It doesn’t apply to the Apple TV app on third party devices.
