I accidentally put my iphone in restore mode and i forgot to back it up. I proceed to set it up but when i did everything was reset to a new iphone. i do not know what to do now?

You continue setting it up. Sync any data that you had synced with icloud and other cloud services, redownload your apps, etc. Any data that was not backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.
