iPhone 13 Overheating

Hello everyone!

My iPhone 13 Pro overheats since the first day I bought it. Took it to the store, warranty covered, all the machinery inside was replaced for a new one.

Now, almost 7 months later it keeps happening. Phone erased more than 400 contacts from my iPhone, it freezes, apps quit, it’s a mess. Battery life is nonexistent, have to charge the phone at least 2 to 3 times daily.

Situation is becoming so complicated that I’m even starting to think of moving to android.

Is this normal? Has anyone has the same issue? Anything I can do to prevent it.
